So kulikuwa na hii siku tulikuwa tunafaa kwenda funky. The night before, the list was read na niliskia jina yangu, I got so happy. Morning ikifika nilikuwa naji-prepare, little did I know that the girl tunashare jina zote mbili was the one who had been chosen😅. When the names were read before getting into the bus, sisi wawili tulistep forward kuingia bus. Hapo ndio teacher aliconfirm that ni namesake yangu, na sio mimi… sema ouch! Luckily, kulikuwa na space kwa bus so niliingia kwa bus huu I had already prepared myself and I had my hopes up.

Haiya, so back in highschool I was the comedian of the class😂. Mimi ndio nilikuwa na tell jokes to classmates wangu and we would all crack up. Class ya biology ilikuwa inafunzwa na deputy principle. He was short and round,if you know you know. Hii siku, alikuwa late for class na me being me nili-decide kutake the opportunity and entertain my people.😂 Mimi huyo mbio kwa board, so am standing there imitating him and how he speaks he used to shrub. Hii time yote, classmates wanacheka kabisa, me nathink wanacheka juu ya performance yangu, kumbe the deputy principal was by the window all that time watching my visanga, nilijihumble nikajirudisha kwa kiti polepole totally ashamed. As punishment I mopped all the classrooms for the entire day, weeeh 😂

This one time in school; it was supper time in the DH, someone had initially poured stew on the floor but no one had noticed it. So after I was served food and heading to my bench, I stepped on the stew and slid, fell flat on the floor! I just recall seeing my chapati and drumsticks flying up in the air onto the floor. The paaaiinnn!!😂😂 That had the whole dining hall laughing hard at me! 😂 Ah! Dark times haha.

I went to a mixed highschool and it was during an English lesson when the teacher asked for a volunteer. No one volunteered and eventually I was picked. I was told to stand in front of the class and select the most handsome boy 😬😬. That was the most awkward moment because I tried to avoid the question and I eventually had to answer and after I named the person, the whole class was whistling, making funny sounds 😅and just snarky little comments and after the lesson I never heard the end of it, people just kept teasing me.

I was in the 9th grade, and it was my Hindi class. My Hindi teacher asked me to read a chapter to the class. As I used to do that a lot in class. So, I was reading the chapter, suddenly a word came, “bebas” (बेबस) and I mistakenly read it as “babes.” Yes I did! The whole class started laughing loudly. I was quite embarrassed but I hide it with my laugh.
