Can you even believe it? SKY Girls Kenya is officially FIVE!

Yep, five whole years of epic fun, next-level glow-ups, unstoppable sistahood vibes, na friendships that keep us flying higher kila siku.

From just a few girls waki dream big in 2020 to over 100,000 of us showing up strong in 2025, hii ni story of how circle yetu ya SKY was born, grew, na ikabeccome the bold, beautiful force it is today.

Wacha turewind na tucelebrate some of the major moments timeshare pamoja.

2020: Taking Flight 

August 2020 ilimark the beginning. 

Tulidrop our anthem ‘True to Me’ (still a banger, don’t lie), hit our first 1,000 followers pale Instagram, na tuka launch the very first SKY Magazine.

Hii ndio ilikuwa the beginning of our True to Me movement.

2021: In the Clouds

Tulilaunch the SISTA Show (Kenya’s first teen girl show btw!), na tukahost our first ever SKY Fest, not for one day, not two... but NINE days of back-to-back fun, activities, and pure enjoyment. The vibes? Unmatched. 

2021 ndio tulianza kulearn what’s our thing na what’s not our thing. Tuliwauliza, na the top results zilikuwa

• My thing - dancing, singing, music na reading are
• Not my thing- Gossiping, backstabning na smoking

Clearly SKY girls wanajijua and we love to see it!

2022: Clear Skies

Wueh! SKY started popping off seriously.

Tulidrop PAA Season 1 (and y’all were OBSESSED), had a full Nice & Lovely x SKY lotion collab, and let’s not forget the BIGGEST moment:

Tulifungua the SKY Hub, a safe space made just for YOU kuchill, kuvibe, na kulink up with your SKY sisters IRL (and fave influencers!) for FREE. 

SKY Hub iko pale Marsabit Plaza, Along Ngong Road. Room M02. Come through from Wednesday to Sunday from 10 am to 5 pm.

 2023: Spreading Our Wings

Y’all kept us busy this year!

Tulianza na PAA Season 3 (coz mnapenda drama) featuring a brand new cast and juicy storyline.

Then came SKY Fes #NajijuiAndImSmokeFree edition with over 5,000 SKY girls and performances by Bridget Blue na Mbuzi Gang!

2024: Above The Clouds

This was the year SKY went beyond Nairobi, officially launching in Kisumu, na the energy ilikuwa out of this world. Shoutout our Kisumu SKY Sistas!

2025: SKY’s the Limit

This year over 10,000 girls walishow up for this year’s SKY Fest across Nairobi & Kisumu. We’re really feeling the love babes!

We just launched a whole board game just for you: Find Your SKY: A game of choices for SKY Girls. Unweza come through pale SKY Hub kucheki.

The 5 years have been amazing, and we have soooo much more to come :)
